We share your information only in the following circumstances: • With your guests — when you share an invitation link, they can view the invitation details and submit RSVP responses. • With service providers — we use trusted third-party services (such as Supabase for database and Google for authentication) that process your data under strict data processing agreements. • When required by law — we may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, our trusted database and authentication provider. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication when you sign in. We also use local storage to remember your language preference. Our platform does not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Guest analytics on invitations are limited to aggregate counts and are not used for cross-site tracking.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is designed for parents and guardians creating invitations for children's birthday parties. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at privacy@kidvite.com and we will promptly remove the data.
