Acceptance of Terms

Kidvite provides a digital birthday invitation platform that allows users to create, customize, and share digital birthday invitations. Our Service includes: • Access to themed invitation templates • Tools to customize invitations with photos, text, and event details • Guest management and RSVP tracking features • Sharing tools including WhatsApp integration • Cloud storage for invitation content and images

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes related to creating and sharing birthday invitations
• Do not upload or share content that is obscene, offensive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Do not use the Service to spam, harass, or make unwanted contact with others
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to the Service, including invitation text, photos, and event details. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service to you and your guests. The Kidvite platform, including its design, logos, theme templates, and software, is owned by Kidvite and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Content & Links

Our Service may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Kidvite. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party content, goods, or services.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kidvite and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service • Any content obtained from the Service • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kidvite and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
